1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an organizer account on SeatMe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete registration.

2. What This Service Is

SeatMe is a table-seating and event-registration tool offered by the Select Lions Club. It lets an organizer publish an activity, collect guest registrations through a shareable link, and arrange guests at tables using a drag-and-drop floor plan.

3. Registration & Your Account

To create an activity you must register with your name, email, mobile number, a username, and a password. Your mobile number is used to generate a WhatsApp share link for your own activities — it is not shared with guests or other organizers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity created under your account.

4. The $10.00 Donation

      Publishing an activity requires a $10.00 donation: $3.00 is designated for LCIF (Lions
      Clubs International Foundation), $3.00 supports Select Lions Club activities
      and fundraising, and $4.00 covers cloud hosting of this system.
      This is a donation, not a purchase of goods or services — no refunds are
      issued once an activity is published. Amounts collected for LCIF are remitted by the club to LCIF on a
      periodic basis (approximately every six months), not individually per donation.
    

5. Guest Registration Data

When a guest registers for your activity through your shared link, SeatMe collects their name and, if provided, email and mobile number. This information is shown only to the organizer of that specific activity (for seating and communication purposes) and is not sold to third parties or shared with other organizers. Organizers are expected to use guest contact details only for matters related to the activity the guest registered for.

6. Content You Upload

You may upload a photo and an optional attachment when creating an activity. You must own the rights to any image or file you upload, or have permission to use it. SeatMe may remove content that infringes on someone else's rights or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Data Use

Data collected through the platform (organizer and guest information, activity details) may be used by SeatMe for the operation of the service and for marketing the club's activities. It will not be sold to unrelated third parties.

8. Changes to the Service

SeatMe may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application or these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Organizer Responsibilities

Keep your activity details (date, time, location, description) accurate and up to date.
Only use guest contact information for matters related to the activity they registered for.
Manage table capacity honestly when seating guests.
